Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance Electric 6MDDN-4P101 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rapistan products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quipp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Quindar product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rapistan such as the F002700103AE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 052N505P331116450HREVH manufactured by Quipp and we are pleased to be able to service most Quipp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QR30865 by Manufacturer Quindar as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Raco Brand V23136 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ranger such as RTF1000S4 equipment made by Ranger have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BG352 by Ramsey and RTF1000S4 spares by Ranger are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TG540115TG540117 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teknic.
